  • ACTION THROUGH NON ACTION

March 15, 2019 I Jon Mostad No seeing, no listening, no thinking - Everything will come to you through non-action How is this possible? I don't quite know if I understand my own quote, but it came to me as an expression of a deep channelled wisdom and the phrase fascinates me. Welcome to my blog. I am deeply touched by the Dalai Lama's teaching to "bring me a greater life," not for this part of life, but for life to come after this. That's why I read and write much of my day. I share what I read, through reflections in my blog and on Instagram where you find me as @mostadjon. My studies and written reflections are designed to prepare me for a "greater life". If my preparations can be of benefit to others, then I know that the purpose of my life is affected. Thanks to you who click in and read my blog. I seek to understand the challenges mankind faces. I try to open up to new paths people have to go, due to complex changes. The experience of being human is influenced by strong megatrends, such as polarization, immaterialization and acceleration and complexity. All supported by an expanding technological advancement and the growth of artificial intelligence.  This challenges has to been meet with a different type of conscious presence than the one who has developed humans so far. People should develop a sense of understanding that moves the boundaries of a 3D (3 dimensional) reality. Only then can humans understand themselves as greater than the artificial intelligence and manage AI as an opportunity for their growth. I blog about these topics and if you search in my texts you will find many perspectives affected. I have no religious or philosophical agenda, only free reflections based on reading the great mystery traditions as well as reading relevant insights created by future researchers. I often teach and then primarily as a process supervisor where you yourself find your wisdom. I have no wisdom I will deliver to you. I only make myself available for your own reflections and your own development. Every Friday 7 PM CET (Central European Time) I post the week's blog. It is followed up with daily quotes and captions on Instagram @mostadjon. Prepare for the future. It comes with many faces. It tears off old ideas and replaces them with new ones. Are you ready for the week's text? About colors and lights How can we understand action through non-action? It must be absolutely meaningless to claim that all action in a physical world can happen through non-action? How should I move my body from somewhere in the room to another place in the room without acting? Well thought, let me try to clear a little in the performance. Be prepared for a perspective that may seem somewhat theoretical. I want to start with Sir Isac Newton, the English mathematician, physicist, astronomer, alchemist, chemist, inventor and philosopher of nature. He was born in 1643 and lived until 1727, he was 84 years old. Newton saw God as a "mechanic" and nature as a mechanism, a kind of advanced machine. The universe was regulated by logical and physical laws. Everything in the observed reality could be explained logically and mechanically. Newton rejected all mysticism and wanted to clean religious beliefs for mystery. Newton's world was a physically observable, measurable, and adjustable mechanism. Through Newton, a mechanical worldview was established and we can say that this worldview forms the basis of the Western science today. A key word for me is Newton's mention and understanding of gravity. I will continue with Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the German poet, writer, humanist and natural scientist. He was born in 1749 and lived until 1832, he was 83 years old. Goethe perceived art and science as overlapping forms of knowledge. In 1810, He formulates a draft of a color theory. There he breaks with Newton who believed that all colors are in the white light and that we experience colors when the light is broken in different waves. Goethe found that colors are something other than waves. Colors occur when light meets dark. Goethe envisioned three color categories. One was the chemical colors that are colors as we find them on different objects, eg. a painting or a house. The other category is the physical colors that are colors as we see them in the sky or in light-emitting objects. The third category is the physiological colors that are colors related to the visual sense and can be understood as an interpretation of a color impression. Two big thinkers stand up against each other. Newton saw colors as a physical property of white light. Goethe saw colors as a subjective experience depending on the expectations we have of the color, in which environment the color behaves, and the eye and brain's structure.  Why do I bring Newton and Goethe into my reflections on "action through non-action"? I will explain myself immediately. Newton explained the laws of nature mechanically and regarded God as the mechanic of existence. Newton's mathematical explanation and calculation of gravity and his color theory as a physical attribute of the light itself, illustrate his mechanical outlook. Goethe explained the world from a different perspective by removing the distinction between subject and object. Goethe's worldview explained thinking as a sense organ in line with the eye and ear. Just as the ear perceives sounds and the eye perceives colors, the thinking perceives ideas. Goethe insisted that there are no fixed limitations to human cognition. Newton saw the world as mechanically explained, Goethe saw the world as being created through the phenomena of thought. Where Newton explained gravity (everything falls to the ground) as a law of nature, Goethe explained levitation (everything extends toward the light) as its opposite. For Newton, God stood behind everything but is not present in the mechanical processes that worked in the universe. For Goethe is God in everything and works in all, and is thus present as a creative force in a developing universe. With Newton's and Goethe's philosophy of science, I can illustrate the theme of "action through non-action". Action through Non-Action The mechanical action as an action where force meets counter-force is mathematically explained by Newton and has been an explanation of universal processes until Albert Einstein (1879-1955) made his theory of relativity. Einstein opened a page of science that would be explained differently from Newton's laws. Action as a will-driven and physical manifestation of forces is still the consideration that at any rate the West underlies its development, economy, technology, etc. Goethe's phenomenological and thought-based understanding of the world as more than the physically senses give access to, is primarily recognized in the sciences of humanity and artistic disciplines. Action through Non-action is very difficult to understand within the framework of a mechanical worldview. How can action take place by not acting? Is there a law of nature and therefore a natural force that works the opposite of the law of gravity? Where we all know gravity, does anyone know levitation? I now move into a mythical space that can hardly be explained in a short blog. You will find several texts on my blog where I reflect on the theme. If you want to penetrate deeper into the topic, search my blog. Levitation is not scientifically proven, but the concept and theme are central to spiritual texts and in the philosophy of the East. "Normally," people act from a physical interior, consisting of will and power, to a physical exterior. The few also know that Man can act from a spiritual interior, consisting of the absence of will and use of power. By renouncing the will and use of power, we open up the body's own inner energetically knowledge. You can trace this body's intelligence in the form of energy, by studying the non-violent martial arts such as Aikido. The Masters of these arts, dissolve the incoming violent energy and disarms the attacker by neutralizing the gravity of the attack. I myself have experienced and gained practice under supervision, this form of levitation. The ancient Chinese natural philosophers, formulated their notions of action through non-action, in the principle of Wu Wei. By no force nature finds the "way" (Tao - and therefore the Taoism) itself. The notion that the seed knows how to become a tree and thereby a forest, fascinates me. When I realized that the tree grows from the outer edge of its highest leaf, where the edge of the leaf meets the sun's particles in the air, and not from the root of its large stem, this image became clear to me. The End The universe is developed through natural laws, humans do not fully understand. Even the most advanced mathematics cannot explain the cosmology of the universe. Action through non-action is a law of nature, but humans cannot explain it, only understand it and experience it. I think this topic will be illuminated again and again. Maybe I'll meet you in my texts coming? Jon

  • TIME IS SPACE

March 8, 2019 I Jon Mostad Whoever understands that time is space and not a line, becomes rich overnight.      The line above is within one of my quotes I find strength. When I am stressed and fall into old patterns where shortage of time is a pain, I bring this quotes forward. It opens the space of consciousness to me and lowers my shoulders. I got all the time I need, because time does not exist; space exists. You may be reading my blog for the first time? If so, you should know that every Friday CET (Central European Time) 7 PM, I posts a text on my blog. The texts reflect on spirituality and consciousness. The perspective I am particularly concerned with is the human encounter with different futures and especially the future where artificial intelligence is a major challenge. The weekly text is followed by quotes and captions on Instagram where you find me as @mostadjon. Welcome to my world of reflections. Do you believe in time? In the western world, I find that authorities, businesses and people "believe" in the time, almost as if it were a holy grail. Time is treated and respected as a physical size. It is a ruler between man-made activity and the infinity of space. Time is treated by philosophers as an abstract notion to be understood and it is part of natural science explanations about the cosmology of the universe. Time is tried explained both by quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity. I do not know if I understand so much of philosophy or of natural science, but I experience the time as a physical «God" in my daily life. Much of my life was lived when I discovered the time as a burden. Eventually I understood the time as something more than a measuring stick, a measuring stick for a limited perception of reality. The moment I renounce my "faith" of the time, very much became different. Among other things, from that point of no return, I should not achieve anything more in life, only be in a movement where I applied for new insights. I renounced being the man who "knew what he was going to accomplish" and left to the creative source I know flowing through me, to show me the way. I found great familiarity with the Chinese nature philosophy, Taoism's, thinking that nature is self-developing - no forced driven. You might have faith in time? Nothing is wrong with that, the time as a measuring stick can be of great help in a 3D world of length, width and height. If you want to see the world as more than a limited 3D performance, consider relinquishing the time as a measuring stick. When I was sick Well over 10 years back in time, I was very sick. Until my body would no longer be the vehicle for a life where success in a material world was all, "time" was perhaps my most important tool. I may not have to go into great detail in a short text to tell how I lived and measured my life before I got sick? My healing began with a wonderful doctor who understood perfectly what my life was limited to - the belief in results that could be measured, controlled, and weighed. The doctor gave me no medicine, he gave me something else - he taught me to breathe. Through various physical techniques and spiritual guidance, I won back the contact with my spiritual inner body and united my physical world with it. From being two - in separation with myself, I won an association with my inherent self and became one. By learning to breathe again, I learned at the same time to abandon the time as a measuring stick. Time separates In one of my projects, I was commissioned to develop a language in management that shifted the focus from measurement and control, to support and development. The client's concern that the organizational leadership language in use, was a language that limited more than it expanded. Leaders used their linguistic skills most of all to measure and control employees, than to support and develop them. I can't tell you the whole story in this short blog, but the mission was solved by creating a linguistic framework everyone could understand, it lacked only a significant dimension - the language couldn't speak force. The leaders who were to speak the language, was no longer supported by the grammar of power. You can find this reflections on the language of my blog. Why do I mention this language? Well - by removing the grammar of force from the leadership language in action, the leaders' world transformed. This is also the case with time as a measuring and controlling dimension. Removing time as a regulatory consciously factor, opens a new world to us. However, let me say, I absolutely agree that we can be helpful with time as a ruler. In everything from meeting to work to reaching the necessary train, the time is of good help, but nothing more. Time distinguishes between "old" and "young", "too late" and "precise", without any other purpose. It monitors, punishes and rewards. The space integrates Have you, like me, experienced that "I have been into this before"? Such experiences can be about people I have met and situations I find myself into. She or he, I have "hit you before" and no doubt prevails. The reunion is on an inner conviction plan that cannot be explained. This is also the case with situations. I just know that this I’m into now,  is something I have experienced before. I make many reflections on such recognitions. For me, they are predominantly related to positive recognitions. It is characterized by peace, deep familiarity and great knowledge. Can these personal meetings and the recognition of situations be about to "swim" in an "ocean" of time - that the time itself is the room I find myself weightless within? My physical senses are cutting up and organizing the experiences, and together with the introduction of time as a unit of measure and frame, am I separated from a spiritual access to a paradigmatically different experience of my life? The American shaman Michael Look Coyote, in one of his meditations says, "shall you go on an inward journey, you shall sit still". He may be right. The idea that the room is time opens for a new imagination for me. I "float" in a time-space and therefore there is "now," "past," or "future," only a position in the space. I'm not going anywhere, I'm not from a place. I move, yes, but not along a linear unit of measure. I act, create, dissolve - everything I do, but not in relation to "something" that "should something" with me, I am my own time, my own space. The space integrates you and me, we are there as parts of a common field, like floating free wills but at the same time at a spiritual mission. In several of my texts, I reflect on the purpose of life, about being a soul in a body and about the Universe as a unified co-creating consciousness. Here is the time, the space itself - the consciousness web.  End Do you find any meaning in my text valuable to you? Nice if you do. If you do not, then I would suggest to you to listen to the text as a piece of music you may not be able to fully accept, but can be curious about. If we always live in familiar frames, we do not create new opportunities for ourselves. Thank you for visiting my blog. Jon

  • LIFE HAS A PURPOSE

March 1, 2019 | Jon Mostad Does human beings come to earth for a life purpose? Obviously, everything else would be the biggest nonsense and waste. A few years back, I landed at Stansted Airport and traveled on a taxi through London's busy streets. I had plenty of time before I arrived and the time went on to a nice conversation with the driver. He told me that he had unfortunately lost his job as a coach at a school and that he was worried about the children who were no longer admitted to his support after school. He said that the adults often had to have two jobs to cover the housing expenses in London, and that the children were left to themselves after school. In order to find a "meaningful" frame at the time after school and before the adults came home, the children created social structures that divided roles and positions them in between. The children competed for these roles and often got "points" by stealing from the local stores. "These young people have no meaning in their lives," sighed the desperate taxi driver. The story impressed me and I could share and know his despair - "these young people have no meaning in their lives". I write about "the meaning of life" and I publish books where the theme is illuminated. Every Friday PM 0700 CET I post a blog where I reflect on various aspects of a "life with meaning". My texts are independent of political views and religious obligations. People face some fundamental challenges for the future, among other things as a result of technological development and artificial intelligence, which must be met and resolved. The human consciousness used to build the world where it is today is not capable to build the world that comes. The solution may lie in developing human consciousness. What consciousness and how? These are my themes. Life of humans and the physical senses Some spiritual teachers are of the opinion that life does not have any purpose, life only "is". I think their idea is that a «purpose» separates us from life in itself and creates chaos. I perceive their teachings so that the mind is a matter of urgency to be disciplined and preferably brought to silence. Several of the same teachers base their guidance that humans should "get rid of" their senses, as they bind us to a physical life in separation from the Source of Transcendence. I partly argue for such a view, but at the same time with great moderations. If you read my texts that you can search up using the keyword "ego" or "consciousness", you can read more about my view on this topic. Transcendence Is the philosophical thought of a source beyond the human limit of understanding, a source that cannot be experienced or recorded. Immanence Is the philosophical thought of a source that is imbedded or within the very being of things and which is unaffected by any external factor. What is the value of these two definitions, related to this text? I am not a supporter of the thought of a universe created by chaos nor of the idea of a mechanically created universe. My performance is like this, and it is, of course, a fiction, as all religious beliefs and scientific explanations are. I imagine that the transcendental source, the source that humans cannot comprehend with the thought or the physical senses, and therefore in several narratives, gives the name God, decides to create a notion of self in the form of a physical universe. The notion that expresses itself in the form of a Picture, is set in Motion and the result is Consciousness, the child of the two - we see the trinity. The transcendental source makes itself immanent - takes hold of physical matter, a universe. Matter has immanent in itself, the transcendental source. In this sense, it can be meaningful in what great philosophical and religious explanations say, that man is created in the image of God. The Picture is the performance, but the Picture itself "stands still", it must be born. Therefore, the Movement is implemented, it consists of both expansion and gravity. When the image is moved into motion, the child is "born", which is Consciousness. The universe is conscious and this corresponds to radical cosmology (recent scientific explanations of the relationship between Consciousness and the Universe). All matter and life is conscious, inherent in the "DNA" of the transcendental source and are active co-creators in the development of the Image - that is, the Universe. With this "explanation" as the backdrop, I maintain that life has a purpose. Life's purpose Friends laugh at me, I claim artificial flowers have life. They do not, however, get water like my "real" flowers (I don't have many of them), but I wash them and dry their dust, talk to them, and they live a long time. All matter is built of atoms and molecules, and appears in complex shapes. Deep, deep in their very own world, the particles of the atoms swing in a lively and meaningful dance. In my understanding of the world, all matter is life, and at different levels of frequencies, all life is consciousness. People live their lives adapted and shaped by the physical senses, to a 3D world. Most people find meaning based on personal assumptions, interests and expectations in their surroundings. Most people live good lives and most people I meet do not ask questions about life in themselves. Resistance, difficulty and disease are understood at the symptom level and then treated. Few ask existential questions such as if life has a purpose. Can resistance, difficulties, and illness, in any way, be linked to the individual's purpose in life? Understood so that when the individual "does not fix life", then this means that the person on a higher level carries on a life purpose that is not fulfilled? Is it so that the few know it this way? Man has developed the ability to self-objective - which is about the ability to see himself as an object, and has developed the ability to discerne, that is to say, reflect between what is right and proper for himself and for a larger context. We do not believe animals have this ability, although animals are also intelligent and have senses that surpass human senses. All life has a meaning. Man has an opinion both collectively and individually. Humanity itself has a meaning and every human being has an individual purpose of life. The human child is born with a collective and an individual life purpose. Throughout life, the challenge for every human being is to seek life's purpose, understand it, and unfold it. The process of understanding the purpose of life so that it can be implemented must go beyond a cognitive process. People's thoughts are largely limited by the 3D senses and 3D experiences, therefore it makes little sense to ask the thoughts about the purpose of life. People should ask their spiritual senses. This is what I am busy writing about. Looking for my lyrics, you will find clues that can show you the way. Jon

  • LOVE

February 22, 2019 | Jon Mostad Love is about the closeness to the beauty of the creative process, wisdom in dealing with what is incomprehensible and patience in relationships. "Love" - what else than "beautiful" can we say about such a word? I have chosen to share some thoughts with you this week, under the heading Love. All libraries in the world, all bookstores, social media and private letters, are filled with notions of Love, what more can I add? Very little, I think, if I do not look at the content of the word from other angles than what is common. Do you want to be with me on such a small journey in the world of thoughts? On instagram I have a profile called @mostadjon. Every day I post a quote or a caption, where I think deeper into a weekly theme posted on this blog. I change topics every Monday and the posts on Instagram dig deeper into my blog text for the week. A text on my blog and short daily specials on Instagram. In this way, I seek to create a "universe" of thoughts about the mysteries of future, consciousness and spirituality. You can follow my blog and Instagram posts freely and without obligation. The texts do not have a religious purpose but seek to understand spirituality as a side of man across religion and politics. Ready? Let’s look at the theme of the week. The mysteries I follow with interest the progressive science approach to the Universe's creative process and the notion that the Universe is a self-creating consciousness, yes - the universe itself is consciousness. The idea that the Universe is conscious of its own existence and that all matter from its preconditions, creates and develops the Universe, is almost spiritual. Such an explanation can hardly be understood on the basis of man's physical senses and logical brain.  If the Universe is consciousness in itself, then cosmology (the scientific explanation of the universe's creation and development) should be written almost as a holistic encounter between science of nature and science of spirit.  I am convinced that the ancient wisdom traditions and religious narratives understood the Universe as a self-creating and self-conscious organism. The myths say that once in their pre-history people were handed over a science of the cosmos and laws of nature that surpasses our knowledge today. We can find traces of this science in temples, stone tablets, hieroglyphs and texts. Once in man's prehistory, initiated scientific priests and priestesses knew a cosmology that contained insights into the laws of nature we have forgotten today, but may be re-discovering. Love as a law of nature As I am a "free pen" and are not bound to adhere strictly scientific or religious to any orthodoxy, I have allowed my mind to play with possible notions of "what the moving source» of the Universe expansion may be. You will find several blog texts where I reflect on the theme. If you follow the keywords "Taoism", "Phytagoras" / "Pythagoras" and "Delta", much information will be opened to you. A notion that grabs me deeper and deeper is that "love" is a creative source that develops the Universe through movement that consists of both expansion and gravity. I play with the idea that this "love" is a law of nature and that it can be described through a "secret mathematics". On a later occasion, I will formulate my thoughts on love as a mythical law of nature, to be rediscovered and placed in our notions of a holistic cosmology. Let’s look to my quote: Love is about the closeness to the beauty of the creative process What do I understand by "closeness to the beauty of the creative process"? Texts from ancient Chinese Taoist masters brought me close to understanding of the beauty of nature's creative process. "Tao" means the path and the ancient Chinese nature philosophy is about understanding the Universe as a moving and nurturing source. Nature renews itself and expands from an inner core to an outer manifestation characterized by the absence of force. The creative source is a physical manifestation of non-force. Love must be about giving life, fostering life and spreading life. Love is about wisdom in dealing with what is incomprehensible Love as I have explained my view in the paragraph above is unconditional and uncompromising, to compare with a mother's or father's love for their child. Love as a creative source has no expectations, no prejudices and no quantified goals. I can just as well say the words of the Buddhist teaching "emptiness as form", even though this teaching is almost incomprehensible, even to Buddhists. The universe itself is "emptiness as form". Shape has no will beyond being a form, the one who receives, also the incomprehensible. The river runs down and into the valley, the valley is "emptiness as form". It welcomes without asking questions, even the smallest and seemingly most insignificant river is welcome. Love is to accommodate what is not to be understood.  Love is about patience in relationships Relationships are complicated exchanges of various forms of energy. For humans, hardly anything is more complicated than having to exchange meaningful communication in relationships. The moment you invite the other into a common room where both find space, marvel at each other's worlds and seek to clarify intentions and content in the sent messages, love is acting. When you and the other become One and Not Two, you speak the language of love and no conflict is needed to bring the situation into motion. Love I see love as a law of nature. It holds everything without prejudice, needs no explanations and is humble patience in the face of the other. Love as a law of nature is the moving force of the Universe, Shakti, - the power that acts without power and is expressed as KA (life force), Chi, Qi, the feminine creative source. It has no gender. KA flows through me and it flows through you. When we are in love we are in the closeness to the beauty of the creative process, dealing with what is incomprehensible and show patience in relationships. All my best to you Jon

  • FROM FORCE TO SOURCE

February 17, 2019 | Jon Mostad Act from your spiritual inner I through purity in motive, closeness in relations and infinity in beauty for the other. How is it possible for a dandelion to break through thick layers of asphalt, stretch to the sun and let the wind pass its genes further after life is lived? What is the dandelion knowing that man does not know? All nature extends toward the sun and lets the wind carry its genes further when life is at it’s end. Nature knows something most people do not know and I want to reflect on what people do not know. My journey "from force to source» began with wonder over the ability of nature to act through non-action. I understood that the tree does not grow from the roots as I imagined. The tree is bound to the ground by strong roots, but grows from the edge of its outer leaf where it touches the sun's particles carried by the wind's breath. Nature grows through source, not force. The theme of this week's blog is about how people, as part of nature, can move through the life from a spiritual inner free from force, to a manifested physical outer. Within a spiritual life, all force is dissolved. Weekly I post a text PM 0700 CET (Central European Time) on my website and share it on Facebook. In the following week I use my profile @mostadjon on Instagram to go deeper into the theme via quotes and captions. You can subscribe freely to my texts and have them delivered directly to your email. Let's look at the week's text together. The mystery of the mystery How the universe and thus nature expands is a mystery. I have been looking for an insight for many years. For a long time I took the mechanical-physical world explanation for granted and asked few questions. Eventually this explanation became insufficient for me. The universe and nature could not be a mechanical drive that functioned after limited physical laws of "force multiplied by arm." The road to an extended understanding became long. You can read several of my texts and find my discoveries described in different perspectives. When I realized that the human body (skeleton, muscles, tendons, nerves, and veins) was only one of several bodies, I began to make a deeper understanding. I learned to understand that the physical body is surrounded by an energetic (energy) body and this body makes the physical body alive. Without an energy body, the physical body dies and disintegrates. I learned about the astral (emotional) body, about the mental and the intuitive. The human body is physical, energetic, astral, mental and intuitive. Each body encloses one another, has its sensory systems and energy centers. A wonderful creature. The nine physical expressions of the soul Do you feel comfortable using the term "soul"? The term soul is not easy to explain tolerant and many try. I will not spend time and space in this text to reflect on the term soul. You can find more of my reflections on the term if you search in my texts. From ancient Egyptian sources, we know that the Pharaoh's scientific religion knew nine natural forces where Chi (Qi) (energy) take shape in man. The Egyptians built the "Temple of Man" (Temple of Luxor) as a manifestation of the human body where it reflects star constellations in the sky and where the nine physical expressions of the soul were built into the temple's construction. What did the ancient Egyptians know about, and which we are partially rediscovering today? The nine physical expressions of the soul were known by the Egyptians as laws of nature. These laws of nature acted as part of their mystery doctrine and it was only given as a part of inauguration of the neophytes for not being abused. The human energy body has nine forms of expression and each human being is the soul manifest in one of the nine physical expressions. Each of the nine laws of nature gives the soul its physical expression and the expressions follow the soul's journey throughout life to it's end. We are born with a manifest expression and stay in this manifestation as long as life extends. Each expression gives the soul a unique experience in its journey on Earth. You can read more about these nine forms of expression by clicking on the website www.newequations.com What is Chi? Chi - which I best can give the name The Birth Giving Source of The Universe is known to us through acupuncture, chiropractic, various martial arts such as Aikido, etc. Common to these insights is that they "talk to" and "cooperate with" this source of the universe. Acupuncture, chiropractic and Aikido (and I can give you more examples) have in common that they heal and move without the need for using force. By moving in conjunction with the birth giving source of the universe, man can heal himself and move objects without using raw muscle force. I myself have experienced Chi this way. I have received acupuncture and have lowered my blood pressure which was temporarily high due to stress, strengthened my immune system against allergy, directed a back injury by manipulation of my energetic spine (not the spine of bone but of energy) and I have thrown more than my own body weight without using forceful power of the muscles. If I had not experienced these things myself, I would probably be skeptical. My inner self The life of a physical body is for the most part a life in separation from the spiritual body. We learn to understand, move and construct in a 3D physical world. The procedure is governed by instincts, DNA and a sensory shaped personality where the strategy is the use of skeleton, muscles and will-controlled force. We can see the result by turning around in our surroundings. The world we live in and reproduce is in most ways a limited and  physical constructed world. What we do not know is that there is an inherent inner world, a spiritual world, and it works without the use of force. People can be revealed to the knowledge that they can move from their spiritual Inherent I through the absence of force. When humans deals with a pure motive - that is, in the absence of inflicting on the surroundings a purpose that is not it’s own, in closeness of the other - that is, with sensitivity to what the other's wishes may be and with infinity in beauty for the other - that is, meeting the other without prejudice, they act from a forceless Inherent I.  From force to source The moment you leave the understanding of the world as a mechanical construction where ego-driven will and muscles are the driving force and you understand the world as a spiritual image that moves itself, you have transformed your consciousness from force to source. From this new perspective, as the dandelion, you will be able to penetrate thick layers of asphalt against your union with the sun and let your wisdom spread with the wind. Jon

  • INDEPENDENCY

February 9, 2019 | Jon Mostad The clerk choose to feel lonely - the master choose to be alone Is it possible to write something sensible about loneliness? Isn't the world's literary history filled with beautiful and sad ideas of loneliness? I have not read all the world's literature, therefore I have a limited knowledge of what it tells about loneliness. But, the life I've lived has been filled with enough loneliness so that I have an idea. Instead of writing about loneliness, I want to write about independency. To me, loneliness and independency are connected to each other in a form of causality. I want to reflect on independency and point to loneliness. Are you coming with me? Every Friday 0700 PM CET (Central European Time) I post a blog that is shared on Facebook. You can subscribe to my blog and get the text of the week directly to your email. Free and no obligations. The week's theme is elaborated on in quotes and captions on Instagram @mostadjon. I reflect in text to develop myself. If you like what I write, I'm happy. Feel free to comment and feel free to ask for specialization. My perspective is about getting to know a larger spiritual world than the 3D world I live in. My texts do not have a religious or paranormal purpose. Welcome to the week's text. Loneliness I have always believed in the story of man as a social being, a caveman in herd. The ancient men with their targeted and unified brains hunted the bison oxen. The women with their emotional and space-based brains kept their lives alive and provided for the upbringing of the children. The picture has given me meaning for many years. If a man or woman was shut out of the community, the situation for that person must have been very dramatic. The man in his past, most likely climbed down from the protective but at the same time limiting trees and discovered a new world, a dangerous world, explored on two legs. By developing their social skills and not least their language, man finally conquered the entire globe, at least the land-based part of the globe. Eventually, humans have also explored the depths of the sea and today traveling far into space. Man's social skills and languages are unique tools and explain much of Man's success. Today a person is successfully measured on the number of friends, followers and the size of their social networks. In this story of what is the recipe for success, I meet people who do not fit. They strive with the number of their friends, the size of their networks and the experience of being in demand. I have known these experiences on my own body, do you? People feel alone and get sick of the experience. How do we understand and disband such a story? Psychologists and doctors encounter loneliness and the following of loneliness, with therapeutic understanding and ultimately medication of the symptoms as a strategy. Is there another way of understanding and treating loneliness? I think so. Modern man has well-developed egos. Instincts, innate genetic dispositions, emotions and social learning create well-functioning egos within a sensory device that perfectly adapts the body to the 3D world on Earth The egos are like advanced GPSs in modern cars. They carry the human body from A to B by finding, suggesting and most often determining the path itself. The egos express in many ways the human personality and "become" the individual self. Few people understand that here is a basic systematic error ongoing in such a behaviour.  Man is not his ego. Man is a soul with a spiritual mission that stays in an earthly atmosphere on a physical planet in a solar system of a galaxy. For the mission, the soul needs a human body, such as when a diver descend into water. The body is the soul's vehicle and the ego is the body's control system. It's the ego who knows loneliness, not the soul. The ego is "violated" by not receiving the attention it deserves or is entitled to. Loneliness is sad, it is bad and it can damage the body. It should certainly be taken seriously, but not by being viewed as something that is morbid and in need of medication.  Is there another way? As long as the ego is not united with the soul's spiritual mission, there exists a contradiction that plagues the body. When you and I experience loneliness, we know the body's pain. This pain is what accompanies the ego's confusion and resistance to conforming to the purpose of the soul. We do not solve the body's experience of loneliness by processing loneliness therapeutically or medically. We have to go differently. How? The idea that body and soul are separated is a key message in the Buddhist teaching. You will also find the teaching in other religious explanations. The road to the dissolution of the contradiction goes through uniting with your Inherent I, that is, your life's purpose. Something else will not make sense, in a spiritual explanation. Solitude I have known a lot about loneliness. At times, the loneliness has been so strong that it almost paralyzed me. By studying the ancient Chinese natural philosophy of Taoism, which is both a practical and abstract introduction to hidden natural laws that bring nature to growth, I have gradually understood what I am able to convey to you here. Loneliness does not concerns you, it concerns the ego. By understanding yourself as something other than an impulse-controlled ego, you can convert the ego's pain associated with the experience of separation, into the state of being alone. This is a game changing perspective. The ego's task is to nourish the body into a limiting 3D reality.  The soul does not need recognizable ones from the physical world, as the ego does. The soul knows its spiritual purpose, understands the path of dedication that is necessary to go to fulfill the purpose of life and perceive with spiritual senses. The soul act on behalf of a 5D reality.  The soul is the link between the spiritual and the physical world. The soul does not have the ego's feelings and senses. The soul cannot feel the loneliness so the ego can. The soul's challenge is to accommodate the ego's experience and painful sense of loneliness. The procedure is not to medicate the symptoms, expel it or therapeutically understand it, the procedure is to disband it. You disband the loneliness by placing yourself in it, accepting that it is a challenge to the ego and that the soul enters into the experience by establishing itself as the life moderator. From that moment in my life where I felt the loneliness so intolerable that I understood I had to do something, a lot changed for me. My way was to recognize the soul I am, as the life moderator and therefore the ego mentor. I allowed myself as a soul to keep the ego aligned to me as a small child. I set the ego free from the task of knowing loneliness and thanking the ego for having tried in its way to provide for me. By converting solitude into loneliness, the body was freed from the pain that came from a stressed ego. Independency What am I trying to tell? I try to tell that loneliness is an experience that belongs to a part of human consciousness that accompanies the physical body's "management system", what I call ego. Humans are neither their physical bodies nor their ego, humans are spiritual souls who carry out a mission for the expanding universe. People can free themselves from the ego's dominance. This is what I understand with a "clerk choose to feel lonely". People can choose to understand their experience of loneliness, enter it and dissolve it, from a far more advanced level of awareness. This is what I mean by "the master choose to be alone". The road from loneliness to the dissolution of loneliness, for me, went through acknowledging that I could choose to direct the light into the dark. The light does not dispel the darkness, nor is it with my loneliness, it does not disappear, but it is enlightened by my decision to accept my state of solitude and so give my self access to independency.  By deciding to convert my experience of loneliness into an acknowledgment of being in solitude, I took the step into independency. The one who is alone is freed. Hope hope to meet  you in my next text in a week. All my best to you Jon

  • PURITY, CLARITY AND INTEGRITY

February 1, 2019 | Jon Mostad If you are considering traveling with friends travel with those three - Purity, Clarity and Integrity In my picture, life is a journey. Humans are individualized souls and even an individualized soul that has already traveled far. The journey does not stop there. It continues. Individualized souls will still travel long before they can expect to settle down in their enlightenment. If you follow me on such an idea of life as a journey, this text may be valuable to you? I blog weekly and post my texts every Friday 07:00 PM CET (Central European Time). The theme of the week is deepened through Quotes and Captions on Instagram @mostadjon. I reflect and write to develop myself. Dalai Lama says in his book "Advice on dying" that I better go to "get a bigger life". Eventually I understood what he meant. It's about being in development in this life, so the next life gets greater. Such an idea gives me great meaning. If you or others think my texts are worth reflection, I will be happy. Feel free to read and comment. I learn from having both acceptance and denial. Let's go to the theme. Purity, Clarity and Integrity What if life is a journey? An infinite movement from star dust through all experiences in the realm of minerals, the realm of flowers and the realm of animals, up to the realm of the humans as individualized souls? I would think that only those specially interested share such an abstract performance with me. Most people say "thank you and goodbye" and then they'll leave my text. The few will read more than these lines. Thus you tell a story about yourself that is well worth listening to, as you have not yet said "thank you and goodbye." Humans live their lives as best they can. It doesn't matter If humans are conscious of their choices or not, all actions are based on patterns that are created by abstract beliefs. The few are conscious of their abstract beliefs. A soul must have been through many lives in order to abstract its actions through patterns and beyond to the abstract beliefs. This path is the essence of the life trip itself, which goes through life after life. Finally you arrive where you are able to abstract your actions as expressions of values. Then you can abstract from your actions, understand your patterns and methods, and contemplate on your spiritual beliefs. You can also peer down from your spiritual beliefs, align your patterns and methods, and look into your chosen practical actions. As above, so below. I call this form of objectivity of yourself, for ethical reflection. Are you among those who reflect ethically about your own actions or spiritual beliefs? I think the few do it, for where will they learn such a reflection? What I try to describe is the aesthetically dimension with being a human. If you add the three following characteristics you are taken further. Purity For many years, "I took myself for granted". You might think that such a statement sounds strange? I agree with you. Such a statement is really strange. For many years I did not ask questions about "who I am". This changed when I became aware that the ancient Egyptian scientific culture under the Pharaohs, known the existence of 9 natural forces that characterized the human way of being in a physical body. The Egyptians knew that human souls plunged into 9 physical forms and the first form that initiates the other 8 is the form that is considered the portal of the Source of Creation and is therefore the indivisible form. Through the portal of the 1st Force of Nature, the Source of Creation flows and initiates the 8 other forces. First of all, when you as a soul travel in a human body, you must travel with Purity. One of its strengths is humility. All nature travels like a soulful domain using Purity as a form. Clarity For many years, I thought that «I was my mind». This is perhaps another strange statement, yes - we have two strange statements on the table now. I thought my thoughts were «me.» I had many thoughts and several of them seemed in fact not so stupid. This changed when I understood the relationship between soul and ego. When the relationship between soul and ego became clear to me, I gained access to looking at myself from an expanded perspective. I was not «one» but I was «two» and that my life trip had to become the one «I was supposed to be». Again, the Egyptians wisdom about the 9 Forces of Nature helped me. The 5th Force of Nature is the brain's ability to balance the two hemispheres so that Man sees the world with «one» brain in Clarity. When you as a soul travel in a human body, as you do, you should travel with the Clarity of your mind. Once your mind is united, you have a balance between the world of phenomena and analysis and you see the world as one. Integrity For many years, I saw the human persona as the human being it self. That is, I never looked behind their outer patterns to see if behind a facade I could find a human soul trying to tell me anything but what I perceived. This changed when I realized that we are souls who have human experiences and not the other way around. The ancient Egyptian science knew the 3rd Force of Nature that humans can activate to look beyond the outside of the other and thus communicate with the soul within. I got a great gift when I learned to activate my ability to read the other as a soul. When you as a soul travel in a human body, as you do, you will eventually travel with Integrity in your chest. Once you have collected Purity and Clarity as an intent in your heart, Integrity is expressed in your encounter with others. The Journey If you meet others along your path of life with Purity, Clarity and Integrity, you create peace. I think you're rewarded highly by the Universe when this happens - not least, "you get a bigger life." Isn't that something? All my best to you Jon

  • FUTURE HUMANS

January 25, 2019 | Jon Mostad Listen to what does not sound, see what’s not in shape, understand what’s not thought. Humans of the future? I have a vision of future humans I want to share with you. If our thoughts meet, I might be on track. In my blog you will find thoughts with spiritual themes that focus on selfawareness and expanded consciousness. That my themes are "spiritual" means that I sense them with a sense device that is expanded in relation to the 5 senses that frame the physical world of humans. Humans 5 physical senses are perfect receptors for the stay and movement in an earthly 3D world. These 5 senses give humans a picture of the world, a limited image. The spiritual world is infinitely much larger than a 3D perception. This is what my blog is about - the extended world, the spiritual world. Future humans What thoughts do you have about the future? Curious? Worried? Optimist? I can follow you at all, but most of all I'm curious and optimistic. I am an optimist because I am fundamentally convinced that the universe does not waste resources. Man is the result of an evolutionary story that has lasted for over 14 billion years, and this journey will last for an infinity of time. Should you and I reflect on the humans of the future, we will give ourselves a long development perspective. We should also imagine that the future that comes to us can have many faces. The future is not one, it's many. These futures come surprisingly and they are disruptive, that is, they overflow what we see as safe and familiar. They replace the old and leave new. The person who is prepared will take part in the journey. Those who are unprepared can get a huge surprise. I blog about the future and the mega trends that shape development. Check out my texts and find perspectives where I go deeper into the theme of the future. Humans of the future warns a long perspective. I wish in this reflection with you to look beyond what existing megatrends from future researchers tell us. I want to reflect on man and a humanity that stretches infinitely far beyond yours and my timeline. Artificial intelligence Humans of 2019 are worried about Co2 and an inseparable climate change. I'm sure the concern is justified. Nevertheless, another development is more worrying about me and it is about what position and role that artificial intelligence will take. This is where I see the human challenge in the short and long term, and people do not seem to prepare for it. Artificial intelligence will be analytical, rational and empathic, It will occur in human like bodies as humanoids, and it will be programmed to understand how man unconsciously communicates energetically through his chakras. I am writing texts about this. Humans of the future have learned to surpass the artificial intelligence by expanding their consciousness. It is this expanded consciousness I will reflect upon with you. Think with your heart and feel with your head Man's way to master the artificial intelligence and thus conquer the futures that come, is by the expansion of human consciousness. Human consciousness as it works today is limited. Its mission is to orient humanity into a 3D world, that is, a world measured in length, width and height. The European philosopher Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) developed his pedagogical ideas based on the author and philosopher Johan Wolfgang Goethe's (1749-1832) epistemology (theory of understanding) and his recognition of thinking as a sense organ in line with the eye, the ear and the other senses. For Steiner, thinking was the path to a spiritual insight, and he stated that a time should come in the evolution where Man "thinks with the heart and feels with the head." What does it mean to "think with your heart and feel with your head"? The heart is usually associated with being "centered for love" and the head is usually associated with being "centered for the analysis". Is the path of humans to "think through love" and "feel through analytics"? Are we touching Steiner's great idea - the meeting between the science of nature and science of spirit? A holistic science united in love and analysis? In such a science, nature and spirit are united in one performance. When man "think with the heart" what then? Will love be the domain of thought? Will all human thoughts be driven by love? I think such a perspective is exciting and it raises a question: - What is love in this picture? When Man "feels with his head" what then? Will sensitivity be the domain of thoughts? Will all people's thoughts be driven by sensitivity to all that's created? What is sensitivity in this picture? Goethe's epistemology and his view of the thoughts as a sensory organ and Steiner's understanding of the thought as the key to the spiritual world, is the framework of my reflections together with you. What do you think so far? Avatars Will future people be avatars in their own lives? I've been wearing such a vision for a long time, but what's an avatar? You may remember the American science fiction and action movie "Avatar" from 2009? A magnificent adventure movie that plays on the planet "Pandora". Is is possible that the film has a core of truth? Does it carry on a picture of future we should look into? Avatar (from Sanskrit) is in the Vedic (Hindu) narratives an embodiment of God. In different forms, God / gods can incarnate in a bodily form like animal or human. God/gods descends to Earth to intervene in the evolution of life. The impression that a higher spiritual idea "descends" to "interfere" is an image that captures great fascination. The future that comes to humankind will be created by megatrends, today we can only shine the outlines. I write about these megatrends and you find them by searching in my blog posts. These megatrends create futures that will be very different from those we see today. The technological development will create prerequisites for unknown future images that people will have to deal with. People will have to "descend" and "intervene" in their own lives, to obtain the place in the evolution that man desires for his life. The human strategy of control over own evolution goes through becoming an avatar of their own lives. To this task, man needs a different and expanded consciousness than the ancestor. Man should be able to see worlds with a multi-dimensional and expanded senses. Which ones? The unknown senses What senses will make people's consciousness different from what it is today? I look for senses that are of such a nature that they will make a paradigmatically change in consciousness that characterizes Man today. The physical senses of Man make possible the navigation in a 3D physical world. However, this 3D world is only a limited and simplified version of reality. An extended reality will includes the sensation of the mental 4D and intuitive 5D world. These two worlds are "hidden" and therefore invisible to man with his limiting senses to day. Listen to what does not sound, see what’s not in shape, understand what’s not thought These are the three avatar qualities I dare to set up as a framework for a new and expanded awareness for humans. The properties will enable humans to navigate in an extended perception of reality, communicate in higher frequency relationships, and learn from each other through learning modes that no artificial intelligence will ever be near. Hear what does not sound The human hearing sounds in the frequency range from about 20 Hertz (Hz) to 20,000 Hz. The hearing includes the perception of sound, the sensation of sound waves and pressure waves. Sounds that fall outside the frequency range can be perceived by other living beings, but not by humans. Therefore, I can say that there is a reality of sounds outside the human area. Seems reasonable? Future man will be able to "hear" by bodily sensations, emotions, mental performances, etc. By "hearing what does not sound" the human world will expands and a greater reality will opens. See what's not in shape The human body sees light in a limited frequency range, and the retina sensor cells are most sensitive to light between 400 and 700 nanometers (nm). The light contains energy transmitted from what is observed. Light falling outside the frequency range can be perceived by other living beings, but not by humans. As with hearing, I can say that there is a reality of visual impression that is not covered by human perceptions. The humans of the future will be able to "see" with an extended hearing, sensitivity, intuition, etc. By "seeing what is not in shape", people will have access to reality that is closed out of the eye but that exists in parallel to the 3D world the people are moving in. Understand what is not thought Human consciousness is a mystery. Mainstream science sees the one created by the brain, but the explanation loses credibility. Systems theory and quantum physics shows the brain more like a tool for awareness than the body that itself creates consciousness. Science today is no stranger to the fact that the universe itself is consciousness. In several of my texts you will find reflections of consciousness. Those reflections may be in support of of what you read here. The idea that the human beings of the future can "understand what is not thought" is a pictorial expression. Man will be able to develop his mental skills to send and counter cognitive (imaginary) ideas in the form of energies. This can take the form of advanced thought transitions that are characteristic of beings, both thought and not thought as this skill copes with time as space, not as line. The humans of the future will be able to "understand" with an expanded mental and causal (intuitive) feature. By "understanding what is not thought," humans will be able to analyze and understand relationships that are unknown to the other. People with this skill will also understand what the environment has not yet thought, as these thoughts have not yet come to consciousness in the surroundings. The human of the future The human being of the future must be an avatar in his own life. This becomes a necessity so man still can be able to rule over the artificial intelligence, to find his spiritual life purpose, and to develop the Earth from a dark to a bright planet. Man himself must be active in his evolution. All opportunities are available. Through the characteristics that I outline in this text, man will be able to "play" an active role in his own incarnation and thus acquire himself a greater life. If you ask me how the Avatar properties can be developed, I'll say - contact me for further insight. See you in my next text! Jon

  • STRONG AS A LEAF

January 11, 2019 | Jon Mostad The tree grows from the tip of its outer leaf where the edge touches the wind; does not use power. I would like to reflect upon how the nature grows. Are you concerned with the theme? From time to time when I go for a walk in the woods, I lay down at a tree and look up in the crown. Then I have all the peace I need to think about, what time has the tree become so big? Do you do so? Try once for a while. If we understand how a tree grows, we can grow in the same way and life becomes easier for us. Welcome to my blog my friend. Do you know me? If not, then you will know that I write a weekly text that is posted Friday 1900 (PM 0700 CET) and will be shared on Facebook. Every day I post a quote/caption on Instagram @mostadjon where I elaborate on the theme of the week. Do you browse through my blog you can find texts with spiritual themes. Search for a topic you are concerned with and I almost believe I can guarantee you hits. Let's go to the theme, ok? Water I'll say some words about the leaf, in many ways the very symbol of self-renewing nature. First off all I'll turn my attention towards water. The ancient Indian brahmans and Chinese natural philosophers before our time bill, understood the mysteries of nature perhaps better than us. They have given us a wonderful array of mythical symbols and sayings we can enjoy when we understand nature. I'm especially a fan of "water withstands nothing but breaks down everything". Taste the statement once more "Water does not resist anything but breaks down everything". What do the words tell you? You have guaranteed dried water from a table top with your hand or a piece of cloth. No problem. The water does not withstand anything. Almost easier than lifting a feather, wipe the water off the table top. But - and there's a big breeze - you go out into nature so you see how the water forms mountains and storm floods destroys a city. What about this water, it’s both easier to move than a feather and at the same time stronger than a bomb? What does the water knows that I do not know? Strong as a leaf You and I breathe, no doubt about it, but what are we breathing? I have learned that I'm breathing oxygen and you might agree with me? When I read literature about the ancient Indian Vedic culture, which forms the basis of Hinduism, I learn that the oxygen itself does not give me life, I also breathe into what the Hindus call Prana, which is a Sanskrit word meaning "life energy". Prana is a special «essence» of the air I breathe. If I breathe a little Prana, my life energy becomes low and vice versa. I also read that Prana is "solar particles" and I can see them if I look carefully at the sun. Yes, I can see Prana and I understand what Prana is doing with me. If I want to be "high on Prana," I'll stay in the sun. What does this have to do with the leaf? I know the principles of photosynthesis. The roots of the tree draw water through the trunk and evaporate through the leaves in the crown, all initiated by the sun. Suddenly one day I lay under a tree and breathed Prana, I realized that the tree does not grow from the root - it grows from the crown, even rather "from the tip and its outer leaf where the edge touches the wind, using no power. " It is the outermost edge of the leaf touching Prana that stretches the tree against the sun and creates its growth! I was almost shocked by my own discovery. The tree grows by «touch through non-touch". What does the tree knows that I do not know? I have to ask the same question again. The ancient Indian religious scripts and the Chinese natural philosophers knew long before our time bill that there is a natural act that deals with action through non-action. A natural law of all nature When a tree grows from the edge of its outer leaf, where the blade touches the sun particles contained by the oxygen, what about you and me? Do we grow like the tree? I want to say YES, albeit in an abstract form. We grow through our minds because reality is created by the thought. The path to growth for man goes through opening the senses into the higher consciousnesses. To get there where we can open the higher sense organs, we cannot use power. The path follows action through non-action. Look at the dandelions. It grows through asphalt, stretches its head against the sun. It does not use power. That's how it is for all nature, it's lifting itself without the use of power. As you move from your spiritual inner to your physical outer, you move without the use of muscle strength. This is exactly like when the ancient martial arts reject their enemies without destroying them, neutralizing them using action through non-action, called Wu Wei by the Chinese. «Towards a focused mind, the universe surrenders" says an old saying. Are you focused and going through life in humility, you are a source that "Resists nothing but breaks down everything". You are the leaf of your own tree of life, lifting yourself by non-action. Wouldn’t that be beautiful? Jon

  • HOLISTIC SCIENCE AND EPIGENETICS

April 2020 Science and religion has co-existed for thousands of years now. The common nominator is humanity´s attempt to explain the unseen, the larger than life and the human potential within.
In many cultures of the earth, peoples have been looking to the stars for answers and the story of creation has been woven into their culture. The Mesopotamians, The Chinese, The Mayas, The Incas, The Indians, The Aborigines and The Egyptians all had this in common. They were tracking the heavens, noticing the cycles of time and trying to explaining it all in a holistic way. All this explaining and offering to the spirits and the Gods - was done in the beliefs coinciding with their thoughts and knowledge - in their time. Now in 2020 some of the earliest cultures are thought of as primitive, but a lot of their cultural heritage and basic knowledge still have a resonance in our modern eastern and western society.
The spirit and human potential has lingered, and science is now finding what early cultures of man was only feeling and guessing at. In all times humanity have been downloading from the so called heavenly archives – maybe through a cosmic conscious network? The forefront science (physics and medicine) is now proving that ALL is connected, that ALL is one. The thoughts of separation from the universe, from God and from nature is wrong.
Further the teachings of great humans like Muhammed, The Buddha and Jesus of Nazareth – when summed up and extracted from essence, is really together exposing the same part of the truth.
It is all pointing at the real human potential, the essence of living our lives AND our connection with the source – with the great spirit. This is all pointing towards the same understanding – we have the Universe within and humans true potential is truly great. The view of these perspectives is split in the Western and the Eastern way to recognize and perceive this “new truth”. The patriarchal view of God and the great spirit is faltering. Could it be that the view of a “great bearded man” as THE source is a result of modelling thoughts over many thousands of years? Science and Mankind is hurdling towards a different understanding now – where the female and the feminine is balancing the equation. As the first astronaut in space where asked : “Did you see God out there? Yes…SHE is black” the man answered. To get a grip of the whole picture – a holistic view – you have to consider more than one piece of the puzzle at the same time. Humanity is now existing in a very interesting time of development. Forefront science of the best analytic minds are truly finding out what the great religions of the earth have been preaching for more than two millennia. To get a complete picture we are asking big questions in a new way like: “What is the real Matrix of existence?, How is this all connected?, What is dark energy and dark matter? How is it possible to affect our own DNA and others DNA?, Are we really one with The Earth in all her diversity?, Is our brains hardwired into the universe through microtubules – at a Quantum level?” My colleague @Jon tapped into that in his article about consciousness in cosmos – it may be that all is connected on the Quantum level - and that would be a quantum leap of new insight for Human kind. None of the above questions excludes a primary source. In the near future of man Quantum technology and Quantum Computing with Artificial intelligence (discussed earlier by my colleague @Ulf) will help us simulate and understand this I a new and profound way. Hold on to your hats Humanity are just learning to fly! As Man is venturing into the new sciences the masses have trouble coping with the cheer pace of development. One of the most exciting areas of science is genetics and epi-genetics. Epi-genetics means the layers or marks that is on top of genes and DNA chains that controls what genes to turn on and off. This is exciting science because it controls our health, our cells and our resistance for deceases like Asthma, Diabetes, Lupus, Alzheimer and Cancer. A new Epi-genetic Cancer medicine now removes epi-marks to restore the cells themselves to resist the cancer. In other words we are not killing cancer cells, but improving what is already there – our finest machinery.
Scientists and doctors like Courtney Griffins and Bruce Lipton has done extensive research in genetics, epi-genetics and stem cells that proves how our 50 trillion cells are heavily affected, influenced and connected to their environment.
As if this was not interesting enough these epi-genetic marks can be changed by the way you live your life, what you eat and drink and even what you think! Science has found that you can program and activate many hundreds of your genes through meditation and thinking.
This will in the Futures of Man be explained - in a scientific way - and through medical science, that all is connected. The implications of this is that we truly have to look in the mirror and think : What are we ? Who am I – really ? And…what are the source or God in relation to me as a “mere Human being”. Jarle Science and religion has co-existed for thousands of years now. The common nominator is humanity´s attempt to explain the unseen, the larger than life and the human potential within. To get a grip of the whole picture – a holistic view – you have to consider more than one piece of the puzzle at the same time. Humanity is now existing in a very interesting time of development. Don't judge your new workmate by appearance but investigate what you can accomplish together. Find your respective strong and less strong areas, learn from each other and get going. Your new colleague may not even be visible, hiding in a cloud or in some function on your computer or phone. Artificial intelligence helps us develop the most efficient production method with as few raw materials as possible in an energy efficient way. A method that takes place in an environmentally sustainable way. The product itself is easy to transform into new raw material when it has served out with its temporary purpose. • LET GO YOUR EGO

January 18, 2019 | Jon Mostad No age, no gender, no persona - walk through life with emptiness as form. "I'm not happy with my life ...", I hear such a statement from time to time. I also hear others, such as "he has offended me ..." or "you're doing me badly ...". Do you know such statements? I work with people and I am absolutely familiar with such issues. Each time I ask myself: where do these experiences come from? Are there ways in which we can learn to take responsibility for our lives ourselves and not shift responsibility to others? I think so, and in this blog I'll write about just such opportunities. You are reading my blog number 4 for 2019. You can search blogs from 2018 and 2017 and find the topic treated a little bit more than I do here. Every Friday at 1900 (PM 0700 CET) I post a new blog and share it on Facebook. On instagram I follow up with quotes and captions where the theme of the week is deepened. I'll be happy if you click in and send me a comment. Let's look at the theme of the week together You and The Life I am quite surprised that many people obviously believe that life is something they "have" as if they and their lives are separate. What can such an opinion come from? Are people somehow alienated for life? They live but are not part of life? I have to understand such statements this way. This separation from life is interesting and I think it has the potential for great healing if we manage to close the gap, but how? Let me make some thoughts. First of all - life is something you are, nothing you have. Right? What is The Life? People ask me, "Does life have a purpose?» And I immediately answer "Yes, what else should it have?". The idea that The Life- yes all forms of life, should be without a purpose is unthinkable to me. The universe does not waste resources in that way. What do you think? Life is a deeply determined conviction for me. We go into life for a purpose. Now it may sound like I argue for a religious conviction, I do not. In my texts I am a motivational speaker, not a priest. I reflect on life from a spiritual perspective. When I reflect on life from a spiritual perspective, I reflect with other senses than the 5 physical ones. In several of my texts, I'm jwriting about spiritual reflection. When we decide to go into life, we also accept "going into a body" as if we were to make a deep dive in water. We are souls who provide us with a physical experience. We choose to go into matter and for that purpose we need a "vehicle". The body is the soul's vehicle during its stay on earth. The body is a "container" or a "vehicle", whatever you choose to call it, for a high energetic vibration we call soul and this soul has a spiritual purpose. This soul does not have a freak of opportunity to get its "boots on the ground," if it tried without a body. The earth is a heavy, inhospitable and dark planet. If you were going to Mars, you would need a space suit. Is my picture ready? Can you follow me on such a story? I need this story to explain what I mean by "Let your ego go". Life is an educational trip and the journey takes place in "deep water" where you need a protective suit that also serves as a vehicle. You are on a mission. Exciting. Imagine wearing this "diving suit" which is also the vehicle you can move around with. This suit needs a control system, a set of detailed maps and road views, not unlike a GPS in a well-equipped car. You enter destination and the GPS select itinerary. Sovereign !? Then you feel that you want to differ from the itinerary or to choose a more romantic route along old winding roads - then GPS can sometimes be difficult to collaborate with. Have you experienced so? Well - the picture starts to draw? Ego and Soul Man is this individual soul who chooses a discovery mission - an educational experience, rather, on Earth. To succeed in mission, the soul has to dress on a body and this body is at the same time the driving eye on the ground. The body's GPS is a supreme custom ego, we can call this ego personality and this personality is self-conscious. The ego lives its own life. The Ego thinks it determines the body! That's why the soul faces some challenges. When the soul begins its journey on earth, with its body as "diving suit" and "vehicle", the ego will determine speed and direction. Here it can turn out to be both complicated and painful. What the soul wants and the ego wants can be deeply incompatible. The Ego is the body's GPS, mentor and counselor, and perfectly adapted to the 3D reality that the 5 physical senses set up. The reality on Earth is measured and weighed with the 5 physical senses. For this purpose the ego is perfect. Ego is also the persona, created by instincts, sensational experiences and social constructions. When the soul lands in such a body and begins to take advantage of the body's possibilities, it reaches "covered table" and the trouble begins. What the soul wants it not necessarily the ego’s desires. You are The Life not The Ego Unfortunately, people do not learn to distinguish between life and ego. Most people I meet experience life as "something" they are distanced from. Most people seem to identify with the ego. This mismatch creates a lot of confusion. People seem to be two and not one. Where is the way then? If you follow this story and ask me "where is the way out?" Then I know there is a way. Just that you think this story about ego and soul makes sense for you is a good starting point. Everything is about as soul, getting united with its body. The separation between soul and ego is dysfunctional and paves you for energy. As the energy leaks out of your body, you lose your vitality and "the light goes out". The moment you are anchored in the sense that you are not your ego, that the ego is a tool for the body and that you are the one who determines the destination and itinerary, you have come a long way. You need the body's ego. make friends with it, but decide on it. Find out what the ego needs and start the process of learning it to wait for the soul's signals. Most people live in their Acquired I and do not know that they hold an Inherent I and do not know how to get there. You'll find more blog posts where I deepen the theme and show you more ways. Search and you'll find. The process itself is part of the journey and therefore part of the education. Jon

  • A GREATER VERSION OF YOUR SELF

January 4, 2019 | Jon Mostad Do you see yourself in the mirror and think "oh no ..."? You're simply not happy with yourself? That's how it is for me. I can wake up in the morning or when I go to bed in the evening, I'm looking through the mirror thinking "no ...". If you feel like me, it may be a great comfort to know that we are in a larger version of ourselves. How is it possible? I'll say something about it. Welcome to my blog with new texts for the coming weeks. Every Friday at 1900 (PM 0700 CET) I post a text that is followed up with elaborate comments every day at Instagram @mostadjon. If you follow my blog and posts on Instagram, you can access a large archive where topics related to new self-awareness and expanded awareness are addressed. In the blog last week, I wrote about life that hurts us. I wrote about how we can choose to look at life's challenges as something and more than illness. Of course, pain should be checked by expertise and treated. In addition, we can learn to understand life's challenges that hurts, like a side of life itself. In this text I write about «The Great You»» - the one that is greater than what you see in the mirror. Let’s go for the theme. How is it to be you? I ask you questions and as you think, I'll tell you a little about myself. I think I've spent many years "getting to know myself." It may sound odd, but actually it is true. I've lived a life the way I thought mom, dad, teachers and authorities have told me. Then I became very ill and had to restart my life in many ways. Then I realized that I had lived a life separated from a «greater version» of myself. In a way, I found myself in two editions. One edition is the one I've learned to be. The second edition is the one that was "hidden" inside me and that I had the opportunity to unfold. Could it be so for you too? You are in an edition that everyone else wants you to fit in. The second edition of you also exists, but it's waiting to be released. Are you the one you see? The question may sound odd. Let me try to explain. You have five senses. You have more but we are happy to talk about five mains. You hear, look, smell, taste and feel. Did you know we count the sense of smell like the oldest? This senses are perfectly adapted to a physical life where we see the reality in three dimensions: length, width and height. We live in and sense a 3D world perfectly. Rarely do we think that a 3D world is a limitation. We move in and experience a limited world! Such is when you see yourself in the mirror - you see a 3D edition of yourself. You do not think that you exist in several dimensions, and these dimensions do not look in the mirror. If you search for my blog, you'll find texts where I write about the dimensions you can not see; namely 4D and 5D. Who are you then? I claim that the one you see in the mirror is only one version of yourself. You can find your self in several editions and all is about the senses in use. Have you thought so before? I'll do it all a little more spectacularly. Many people I'm working with ask me about the "meaning of life". They can not find an opinion with life that brings joy to life. People who come to me with such a question have come a long way. Do you ever ask the question? Try. See what you're up to. All people are born for a purpose of life. Just there are many disagreements with me in. They think I'm talking bullshit. Tell them about it. If people came to life on earth without a purpose, this would be the greatest waste. The universe does not work like this. However, only the fewest people know their life’s purpose. People can spend their entire lives searching for their live’s purpose without finding it. I think that's a pity. If you look in the mirror and do not think anything positiv about yourself, as I do from time to time, it's the 3D edition of yourself you see and it does not show your version of yourself in your 4D (mind) and 5D your intuition) and do not tell who you are for life’s purposes. You like all other people on Earth, have a "secret" task that you must meet. In fact, this is the «great version of yourself". Ego and Soul As long as I have written about the great version of yourself, you and I also exist in a limited version of ourselves? It may not sound so nice, but yes, I think so. We are in a «limited» and a «great» edition. The one we see in the mirror is the "limited», the one who is restricted in a 3D world. The «great» you can only be seen with the senses from a 4D and 5D world. This is actually possible. Ego is the sensory shaped personality that controls us in a 3D world. The great issue of ourselves is the spiritual personality that controls us in a 4D and 5D world. Life is not primarily a material or physical journey; it is a spiritual journey with a particular purpose of life. Do you ever think about yourself this way? If not, try to follow my mind. I point out a direction for you where you can go to be "happy" with what you see when you see yourself in the mirror because you are not what you see. Difficult? You are welcome to read more about the subject in previous blogs and you are most welcome to contact me. I'll be happy if I find you in my blog or receive a question from you. See you next week! Jon
